Breaking down silos - ever heard of that? We're sure you have. But what does it take to ensure that these silos can actually crumble, instead of getting stronger day by day? Ultimately, we're getting more and more specialized in what we do. Even our silos increasingly develop sub-silos.

We personally argue, that silos will always be there. And they maybe should. But let's make sure they
have plenty of doors and windows to break up the routine anytime it's needed.
